Austin* and David Henrie*, (1) Panasonic VIERA 46” Plasma HDTV and Home Theater System, (1) DVD of Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie and an opportunity to accompany Jake T. Austin* and David Henrie* to a food bank located near the Grand Prize winner’s hometown area to deliver bread donation.

They are also giving away a number of other prizes including Panasonic VIERA 32” LCD HDTVs, copies of the Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie, and Wizards of Waverly Place 11-piece school supply sets. You can also get a music download from Wizards of Waverly Place TV Series soundtrack just for entering.

You will need to get a code from a specially-marked Sara Lee product to enter. Alternatively, you can follow the Official Rules on the site and request a code by mail. Contest ends March 31, 2010.
