SHIPPING
All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. dekoposh, Inc. is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier USPS and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via USPS. All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. When domestic shipping labels are prepared online and printed, customers will receive notification via email from USPS. If you do not receive this email within 2 to 4 days after placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder or contact us. This email will include your Delivery Confirmation Number. Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is not an actual Tracking number, but rather simply shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination.
SHIPPING TRANSIT & INSURANCE
Once an order is given to USPS, the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility and dekoposh, Inc. is no longer liable. If you would like to include insurance on a USPS order, please contact us directly.

All orders eligible for Free Shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

dekoposh, Inc. respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.

If you do not feel comfortable with using your credit card online, you can call us at 559-765-0713 or email us at poshproducts@dekoposh.com with your order information, your address and phone number where you can be reached. We will then call you for your credit card information.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days for website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return or exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain this, please email us at poshproducts@dekoposh.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, dekoposh, Inc. will contact you by email to confirm your website credit. Please reference your RMA number when calling to check on the status of your return.
Damages/Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Call 559-765-0713 or email poshproducts@dekoposh for a return authorization on damaged items.
Sales Tax
We collect 8.975% California sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
Out of Stock
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. In this case, please e-mail us and we will notify you by e-mail the expected ship date.
A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don't keep them in stock. In those cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page
