Katie...The name would be Katie,14 years old, living in fabulous Los Angeles, CA

D&P...How did you come up with the idea to be a Kid ET Reporter?
Katie...It was pretty random, I mean Page and I have always loved doing the whole even thing and we just figured hey if we have the access to go to all these events why don’t we make something out of it.

D&P...What are your goals?

Katie...Me personally, to go to a good college graduate with a major in journalism and do a variety of things/jobs in the entertainment field.

D&P...What is your #1 dream?

Katie...My number one dream as of now is just have fun with what I am doing and accomplish great things as I get older.

D&P...Do you plan to go to college and if so what do you think your Major will be?

Katie...I do for sure, probably broadcasting/ journalism somewhere in that area is definitely something I’ve always been thinking of.

D&P...Why is reporting on celebrities so much fun for you?

Katie...It’s fun because it’s not your typical after school casual activity like some kids are playing soccer, volleyball, and tons of stuff, who gets to say oh hey we are doing interviews with celebrities. It’s different and that’s what I admire about this job.

D&P...Do your friends at school know you do reporting on celebrities?

Katie...Here and there. We try and keep it as low key as possible because we are normal teenagers and have been forever and as of right now we don’t want that to change. Our school and where we come from can be very judgemental especially since we are in high school and we don’t want to be those freaky girls who think they are all that and a bag of chips because they own a website. A few friends know but that’s about it (:

D&P...What do your parents think about what you are doing?

Katie...Our parents are very supportive, Page’s mom freaks here and there but what mom doesn’t?! I’m lucky to have such a wonderful and supportive family especially my dad who basically does the managing! Haha. He drives us everywhere, gives us tips, and just really helps out. We couldn’t do it without the love and support (:

D&P...What do you like to do for fun?

Katie...I love shopping, hanging with friends, doing swim, of course the whole kidsETnews thing and yeah!

D&P...How did you come up with the idea to be a kidsETnews reporter?

Page...Well, before Katie & I started the website, we enjoyed going to tv show tapings (Sonny With A Chance, Wizards of Waverly Place, etc.) & concerts. We realized how great of a time we had meeting the celebrities and thought to ourselves, why not start a website to share all of our experiences and Hollywood knowledge with everyone else who may not have as much access to these types of things as we do.

D&P...What are your goals?

Page...Our goal is to provide positive & entertaining gossip on all of Hollywood’s hottest, young celebrities. We are doing what we love, while still setting a good example for as many kids and teens as we can. Also, to show people that if they are determined, have a plan,and NEVER give up, they can achieve whatever they want, just like we did.

D&P...What is your #1 dream?

Page...I like to dream big. I believe that anybody can achieve anything if they put their heart and soul into it. That’s why I would like to become someone that people look up too. Someone that can provide for their family and leave a lasting impression in whatever I decide to do.

D&P...Do you plan to go to college and if so what do you think your Major will be?

Page...As I start my freshman year in high school, I notice that the topic of college comes up a lot. I know that college is the pathway to your future and definitely plan on attending. I would love to major in Film Arts or Public Relations. Directing or Producion of becoming some type of PR agent really interests me.

D&P...Why is reporting on celebrities so much fun for you?

Page...It’s a passion of mine. I enjoy getting to meet and interact with the celebrities on a more personal level and getting to learn more about them through information that you wouldn’t normally find on the internet.

D&P...Do your friends at school know you do reporting on celebrities?

Page...No. We don’t really know how to tell them. It’s almost as if we are leading a double life like Hannah Montana. Our friends wouldn’t believe us if we told them we do this.

D&P...What do your parents think about what you are doing?

Page...Our parents are very supportive of what we do, which is very nice. They are actually almost too excited about it sometimes and it gets a little annoying. Haha (: Our moms pretty much let us do whatever we need to do on weekends and stay out late. Occasionaly when events come up on school nights, we can’t be out late. We make compromises though.

D&P...What do you like to do for fun?
Page...Just like any teen, I love to hang out with my friends. We go shopping, go to the amusement park right by my house, go to a movie, or just do anything else kids my age like to do. I also enjoy reading my favorite book series “The Clique.”
